Men’s Circle – Terms & Conditions
1. The Circle
This men’s circle is a facilitated group space for personal reflection, honest sharing, and connection. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. By attending, you understand that the space is for peer support and guided discussion only.If you are experiencing acute mental health distress, crisis, or require clinical support, please seek appropriate professional help.
2. Confidentiality
Everything shared within the circle is confidential. Participants agree not to disclose personal stories, names, or identifying details shared by other men outside of the session.
Confidentiality is essential to maintaining safety and trust within the group.
3. Personal Responsibility
Each participant is responsible for their own wellbeing during and after the session. You are encouraged to share honestly, but only to the extent that feels safe and appropriate for you.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and interpretations of anything discussed within the circle.
4. Respect & Conduct
All participants agree to:
Listen without interrupting
Refrain from unsolicited advice or fixing
Speak from personal experience rather than generalising
Avoid judgement, criticism, or shaming
Maintain a respectful tone at all times
Aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session without refund.
5. Emotional Content
Men’s circles can involve emotional conversations. By attending, you acknowledge that topics discussed may include relationships, sexuality, anger, grief, trauma, or other sensitive material.
Participation is voluntary, and you may step out at any time if needed.
6. Online Sessions (If Applicable)
For virtual circles, participants agree to:
Join from a private, quiet space
Use headphones where possible
Keep cameras on unless agreed otherwise
Not record the session
Recording of sessions by participants is strictly prohibited.
7. Payment & Refund Policy
All bookings must be paid in advance.
Refunds are not provided for missed sessions.
If you cannot attend, please provide notice where possible.
8. Right to Refuse Entry
The facilitator reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or misaligned with the values of the circle.
